Daily yoga routines such as the Morning Blessing, Rise and Shine yoga, yogic Cold Water Therapy and Yogi's De-stress and Deep Sleep Routine were gleaned from Yogi Bhajan's classes over a period of thirty years and gradually added to my daily practice, bringing me ever closer in tune with the sacred as a human being. He emphasized that doing these daily yoga practices would make a person healthy, wealthy and wise, yet when my write-up was read at his class and he asked for a show hands to see if anyone did them, only three hands went up!
