PERSONAL GEOMETRY FOR SELF-HEALING as taught by my shaman yogi mentor
First open the Sacred Space. Feel your hands to be invisible. Listen to a softly drummed gong or a monotonous sound to help you enter the etheric realm. Try each technique for 3 to 11 minutes:
Stretch Your Energy Field Upwards Sit in an easy cross-legged position with your arms stretched up straight above your head, palms facedown, fingers widespread.
See the Unseen Stretch your arms straight out in front of you, fingers lightly stretched, palms facing up, in receptive mode.
Stop the Flow of Anything That Does Not Serve You Extend your arms straight out in front of you, palms facing forward and fingers spread wide.
CLEAR THE CAUSE OF A COMMON COLD
By doing the following draining techniques for eleven minutes each one can eliminate “all good reason” for being sick, clearing the cause of an oncoming cold:
Drain Your Unwanted History Sit with your left hand on your solar plexus and your right hand resting lightly on the earth. Your solar plexus is the root of your Emotional Body. You can relieve yourself of unwanted emotions this way. Drain them into the earth.
Drain Gluck from Around Your Heart Place your left hand on your sternum, your right hand on the ground beside you. Empty your heart’s dullness and gluck into the earth. Let it be cleared. You will be filled with understanding.
Drain Debris from Your Subconscious Mind Place your left hand on your navel point, accessing your subconscious mind. Lightly rest your right hand on the ground, draining subconscious debris into the earth.
Drain Negative Self-Talk Place your left hand lightly on your throat. Rest your right hand on the earth. Visualize your self-talk effortlessly draining away.
