Greetings to all visitors to Yoga Gems and SGGS Path of Life to
Light--Memoirs of a Yogini. This website is about the combination of
Kundalini Yoga and the Sikh Gurus' sacred technologies for transmuting life traumas and
resulting grief, suppression and commotion into bliss. Divine Powers
are within all of us and are the mechanism of every life experience,
waiting to be realized.

Dear Beloveds, My name, Sardarni Sahiba Guru Prem Kaur Khalsa, was given to me by Yogi Bhajan in 1973, "Sardarni Sahiba" when I was ordained a Sikh minister, "Guru Prem Kaur" to guide my destiny unto pure love of the Guru and my last name, Khalsa, when I took Amrit, an oath to live in purity and excellence unto my last breath. This website is a sacred offering of the fruits of what has been a lifelong spiritual quest. On the way I have delved deeply into the study of Kundalini Yoga and the Sikh lifestyle as taught by Yogi Bhajan and fallen in love with Guru's path of sacred breath and Nam in service of all mankind.
My fifty-eight years of life on the narrow, obstacle-filled spiritual path have imparted great wisdom, insights and blessings. The greater your destiny, the greater the obstacles there are to cross, drop, circumvent, rise above or penetrate with ever more pure love of God. Difficulties are for normal people! These experiences were designed for me by the Divine to profoundly help and inspire people through life challenges whatever their path may be.
These writings and techniques are to be shared now while there is still time to prepare for the new millennium. May their blessings guide you through the unknown with healing grace from mystery to self-mastery and lovingly renew your connection with your beautiful soul.
